They were out of so many things that we were considering ordering! I have no idea who is managing this place but when I decided on the Applebees favorite salad…I figured they could not possibly mess this up! 1/2 the amount of chicken and it was cold/spongy! The lettuce was fresh so i didn’t ask for a new order. Angie brought me out a fresh chicken tender. (I lost my notes from Thursday night). I forgot the other wonderful woman that made me a delicious Patron Margarita. The women were so kind considering what they had to work with… My highest regards to the employees that have to apologize before service is even offered. They are troupers!!! We came in tonight and they were short staffed but you would have never known it. Cherise was our Waitress and what a Magnificent Individual. She is so kind and the Best Personality!! Our server Tracy was so wonderful!! Friday noon and she was the only server on and she did amazing with how busy it was there!! We will definitely be back for her!
