Sorry but almost an hour to get ice cold scrambled eggs and burrito is not acceptable. Walked in at 10 am, not busy and 3 staff standing there. Maybe an off day but won’t be back to find out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I think that the wait here is comedically long and most employees there look like they've had the life drained out of them. I feel bad. The place is totally full of tourists with no sense of personal space a good 80% of the time- overall it is a consistently depressing experience. Asking for a specific thing to be left off of your meal is a waste of oxygen, it normally does not work for me. But to be fair, I can't blame the kitchen staff themselves as they are single-handedly feeding half of Florida lol. I'm sure it is not a lack of effort on their employees' part, probably more that they can't keep up.
