For anyone who is on a healing journey with their diets and has not been able to safely eat out- this is a really clean, tasty, and honest option for you. This sweet little Cafe is great. Everything they make is gluten free and they do it really well! I love their chicken salad sandwich, their mac and cheese is to die for, and i a huge fan of their scones (sweet and savory) and kitchari in the winter time too. Also, pretty much all of their sweet treats are yum. Whenever I feel like a sweet treat I know I can get something there that will not make me feel awful afterwards. They make a lot of things from scratch and have very high integrity. Their espresso drinks are great too (and I am pretty snobby about my coffee). They are the only ones in town who use alternative milks without crazy additives in them (they either make their own or use the Malk brand). It's a great place to grab some food, to get some computer work done, or to meet a friend. I love their bathroom esthetics. Just a really pleasant place to be in. My one and only complaint would be that I'd like them to be open on Mondays and Tuesdays as well. It's also a bit pricey for me, so I can't go every day, but honestly, as someone who cooks most of her food, I totally know that that's just the price of clean food these days...

Ants on a Log Cafe serves good quality organic and gluten-free food. I loved the chicken salad sandwich I ate and my daughter loved the warm vegetable bowl and cookie. Be sure to give them a visit.
