Dont get me wrong food is great. BUT i have counted minimun 8 times i go in and their to go menu is empty. Its pretty common sense something goes low have back up stack it up. I cant wait 20 mins everytime specially mornings i go and get this bad attitude from this elder lady… im trying to be in and out. Trust me if i had time i would eat in and avoid this.

This place is great ! Customer service is wonderful and the food is delicious , they have a lot of different variety in their menu.. bakery is delicious and fresh all the time.. I would recommend this place if you want to enjoy and eat real Colombian food this is the place to go …

I had a terrible experience, since the moment I walked IN.. how is it possible to have the waitresses sitting behind you and talking about their personal
Problems, laughing, and even talking about others people’s native country!! My parents are full Colombians, but I speak Spanish very well!! They probably thought I spoke 0 Spanish.. jokes on them because I realized how unprofessional these folks are.. they add a TIP percentage to the bill, which I totally disagree with, because you’re supposed to TIP the waitress depending on your experience!!! I wonder where the manager or OWNER was at?? Probably NOT giving a F___ about their business.. DEF not coming back to this disgusting and unprofessional behavior! !! DO NOT COME TO this “restaurant” unless you want to listen to waitresses personal problems, and hearing constant discrimination accents, who cares how people speak? I was blown away in a very NEGATIVE way!! And I do not expect the “Owner” if there’s any, to respond or even apologize!!! 0 damnnn stars!!! And

Didn't understand nor want to help me because I'm not a Spanish speaker all I wanted was soup 🍲 so I said sopa the other girl came didn't even try to help me I was here once before with my daughter but I will never ever come here again. Smh
You can taste that the empanada wasn’t fresh, the coffee was ok too. I will say tho they are very attentive and check on you to make sure you good.

I haven't been there in a while amd got surprised by the complete shift new management gave to the place. Spot is really clean, and there is a great atmosphere proper of a family won-operated business. There is a great variety in the menu and prices are reasonable, best bang for the buck in the area. Food quality is excellent and everything I had was fresh. Staff is friendly and respectful. For sure I'll be back more often now and I highly recommend it. Bandera Paisa is fire 🔥 and oven-made pastel de pollo close the deal. Legit oatmeal drink and salpicon from Colombia. Pass by and try it yourself.
