Antica Locanda Skansen is a unique and enchanting restaurant located in the green hills of Monte Compatri. The owners, Silvano and his family, are warm and welcoming, and they take great pride in providing their guests with an unforgettable experience. The food is made with locally sourced ingredients and it is absolutely delicious - from the antipasti to the fettuccine, the main courses and desserts. The Amaro made by them is also a must-try! Prices are very reasonable and you can get a full meal for less than €40 per person. The atmosphere is cozy and homey, with vintage furniture and decorations that evoke a fairy-tale feeling. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but overall it's a great place to visit. Highly recommended for a truly unique experience!
