We’ve had two bad experiences with this company. The first time the cake was delivered and the top was smashed by the Saran Wrap. The owner was unfriendly during the delivery and didn’t care that the top was ruined. Then, when the cake was taken out of the box, it fell apart within 30 minutes. In addition, the cake didn’t taste good. Most of the people at the party said that they didn’t like the cake. The second experience was even worse. A large order was placed for my wedding and she decided not to deliver the cakes on my wedding day. There was a contract for the cakes and the owner was paid in full. There was discussion about adding some details to the cakes but it was going to be an additional charge. We emailed her and said to stick to the original contract. On our wedding day, the cakes were not delivered. When the owner was contacted she said that the contract was void and that she would not be delivering the cakes. We told her that we would pay her whatever she wanted just so that we could have some dessert for our wedding. The owner would not take any calls or respond to any emails from several different people attending our wedding. Several days later my wife contacted her and said that we would need a refund. The owner said that she wouldn’t refund our money but that we could pick up our cakes as long as we paid her the additional fee. I did not threaten you or your family. Please amend your response to eliminate this false statement. It is libel. Food: 1 Service: 1

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. I was planning a wedding on my own and managing life. She expects full payment so she can order supplies from “Italy” I paid her in full, then I asked about upgrades to cakes. Got the price, we decided to go forward but due to sickness and life I couldn’t make it to her as she expected cash. Well, She didn’t show up on my wedding day. She said I breached our contract even though I had emailed her that there was no way I could make it to her to bring cash so to go with the original designs. We were about to start dinner and had no wedding cake. It was a nightmare. I had thought the catering company had just put the cakes away. I was balling. I would never recommend this bakery, the cakes fall apart and the service is horrible. Nobody threatened you or your family. While most of your response is false, it is important to note that it is libel. Please remove that portion. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

She made cupcakes for my wedding and not only were they so beautiful and exactly what I wanted, but they were delicious! I also got the cake pops and they were a huge hit. Good prices, beautiful desserts, and absolutely delicious. She was very easy to work with and such a sweetheart. Highly recommend!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Cake Pops
