Got a large cheesesteak Stromboli. Waited 35 minutes and it was under cooked and the onions and peppers were almost raw. Apparently when Sorrento's is closed, there is nowhere else to go except Angelina's in Mountaintop. Update: I ordered it pick-up. I timed it. I'm not mad about the Xtra 10-15 minutes it took. I'm mad that for $24, I ate a cheesesteak Stromboli with cheap tasting meat, raw onions and green peppers, that was kinda doughy. I am also mad that you are rude and oblivious enough to put garbage like that out and then claim you've never had a Stromboli complaint in 20 years. I should have returned it with only one bite taken and demanded my money back so I could go somewhere else. Maybe if your lucky I will order a large pizza one day if Sorrento's is closed. The best part is the person on the phone was kinda upselling, asking if I wanted to add onions and green peppers only to throw raw ones in there. No idea how you or some of these other disgraces are still open. You wouldn't survive in Wilkes-Barre or Scranton. "Never heard of a situation like mine" Well, that's why I'm telling you and warning others. I took time out of my day because it was that bad. If it was really good, I'd tell you or keep ordering. If it was mediocre, maybe I'd say nothing and never come back. Yes, owner, this did happen and it was bad. I forced 3 slices of it down, and threw the rest in the garbage.

Had the veggie personal pie, the bottom of the pizza was over cook, I had other items from the menu and over all the food is pretty good, server was friendly and attentive but when it was time for me to check out she decided to get acquainted with another customer, I am OK with people talking and catching up but it shouldn't be done at the time an expense of others. Specially during working hours.

I’m sorry to the workers and owner for passing up on ordering from here for so long. Omg this pizza is delicious. And the cheese and gravy fries are PERFECT. IM SORRY for taking so long to order, but you definitely have a new regular customer. Yum yum yum!
