This was our first time trying Alexia's. We ordered a plain, cheese pizza, and it was excellent. The sauce was tasty, full of flavor, without being too sweet or too acidic. The crust was wonderfully crisp, without being charred. I'm not an expert by any means, but I would describe the pizza as "Detroit style." The staff were very friendly. Mozzarella sticks had to be the worst. No breading just 4 chucks of cheese fried. Then the pizza with hamburg and pepperoni was tasting pretty decent but son and I both ended up sick as dogs. Ordered a large pizza with specific toppings: hamburger, sausage, cheese and onions. I was very disappointed. The hamburger was SCRAMBLED, weighing the pizza down, and causing soggy crust. Also, the sauce was a little salty for my taste.
