Wow, what an amazing experience. This was one of the better meals I have had in my life. The baklava was by far the best I’ve had and I eat it everywhere I can get my hands on it. Shared the feast for four. Food was excellent. First time there. Took a while to get service, waters, only 1 person working the dining room. Once we did get served, however, the service was good thereafter. Dining room is nothing to write home about..chose place based on location to meet others at a halfway point. The food and the service here are outstanding. Authentic Iraqi food prepared with love. The shawarma and kabobs are very flavorful. Falafel is fresh and delicious. The soups and the salads are yummy. My brother enjoyed his curry fish and my dad loved his lamb (Kouzi). Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely incredible! From the cleanliness, to the decor, to the music, and especially the food. Period. Everything was mind blowing only good! You can tell that they have a passion for food and for people at this place, ordered sandwiches and curry and different appetizers and was blown away by each one! Highly recommend the Turkish coffee turn the meal off as well (as long as you don’t have to sleep for the next two days). I love coming here when I am in town. The friendliest service that makes you feel like a member of the family. The food is delectable. The flavors are vibrant and bold. Good Mediterranean halal good. We were in the area and wanted to try good halal place to dine in. This restaurant worked out perfectly for us. Updated fresh look, clean seating area and bathrooms and LED ceiling lights makes it very attractive while enjoying delicious meal. We tried the platter combo which came with everything and we also tried the Jido's burger. Everything was great. If you are not sure about what to order, I'd suggest to ask the owner. Before their soft grand opening this weekend 2-26-21, I was chosen to photograph and sample a few of their dishes. Owner Christian is a kind young man who is getting married this summer, by the way. His father's family recipe for the beef kabob is so good. Their chef has many years of experience cooking middle eastern food and does it real well. His presentations with the garnishes shows that he cares. When you walk in, you will be greeted with a light and open atmosphere. No booths or wall dividers, so that if you choose to have a private party, then you will be able to entertain openly and easily with a DJ or small band and dancing. The kitchen is state of the art with top stainless steel appliances and a large lamb spit. As far as the dishes? Take a look at the pictures closely. All their dishes are fresh and absolutely delish. I was impressed with the taste of the 2 people combo platter which has 2 beef shish kabobs, 2 chicken shish kabobs, chicken cream chops, chicken tikka and beef shawarma at an affordable $32.00! I will say that the chicken cream chops stood out as well as the beef shish kabobs. But all the items were easy on my taste buds. I hope that you agree that the food is one of the best middle eastern cuisines in lower SE Michigan. I highly recommend Palm Middle Eastern Cuisine and I am certain you will too.
