This is THE local coffee spot for Richmond. I’m very fond of their business model of having their baristas co-own the company. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, they are quick to offer insight if you need help deciding on a beverage. They also offer their in house coffee to buy that you can make at home! If you go earlier in the day they have fresh baked goods, which I had a lemon poppy seed muffin that was delicious. I like the calming vibe with the dimmer lighting inside, a great spot to get some work done while enjoying coffee or tea. While the dirty chai (2 shots) was delicious, it came to almost $9 and was maybe 12-14oz total. The store does not post the price per additional espresso shot on the menu. Feels like it's highly rated and popular because of the neighborhood rather than the product.
