Ae Nami is a great place for good ramen. 🍜 There could during some times be a little bit more space. But a full restaurant is good I guess. 🤗 What I could wish for is a little bit more food. I’m not always full when I leave.
So, if you want ramen. This is the place to visit.

If you are in Sweden and looking for authentic asian food, you have already lost. But, here we are.
The restaurant is small and cozy located in the heart of Linköping. The service was good even though it is the cold season. We had tonkotsu and shoyu ramen. The ramen itself is atleast a 5.5/10 i would believe, the broth is pretty good. But unfortunately the noodles are akin to the instant noodles you find in the market. The pork is the closest you can get to chashu here but it was too toasted and saltiness of the pork impacts the dish. The serving size is okay in comparison to the price but if you usually eat a little bit more , it is not enough. The egg itself was spectacular though, keep that going.

Great Tonkotsu ramen. Beats what you can make at home by loads which makes it a great dining experience. Also a good price considering the quality and quantity.

I had the chicken miso ramen and the chicken was far from good. It was obviously not fresh and probably frozen. The broth was ok but not worth the price. The egg was excellent though. Staff was friendly! I do not recommend this restaurant for ramen.

Great ramen place for a quick bite.
And considering we are in linkoping, the land of absolutely terrible food options, I was absolutely stunned by just how decent this was.
The spicy vegan ramen was great. I'm pretty sure most of the toppings were store-bought (vegan schnitzel and lao gan ma). Nonetheless the broth was tasty, the noodles well cooked, and the added egg was great.
It would be nice to offer some sauces (soy sauce) or oils (chilli, sesame, black garlic etc) to add to your ramen.
All in all, I'll come back! But more likely for a lunch than for dinner.

We had vegan ramen here. Excellent taste and the spice levels can be customized.
Limited seating space.
