Come support this local family business with great people and even better food! My boyfriend and I shared the live fries as the appetizer and they were delicious. I had the fried chicken dinner with hush puppies and lima beans. The chicken was fried to perfection, crispy and golden and the sides were so good. The portion sizes were good too, I had enough for leftovers. Will definitely be back to try more things on the menu.

Beautiful building. Waitress Jenn was wonderful. Crab stuffed mushrooms were good and flavorful. The stuffed flounder was bland and the prime rib sandwich was a complete bust. All the au ju and horseradish in the world could not help. Long drive to be disappointed.

This restaurant is AMAZING!!! The decor was intentional and added to the warm and fun atmosphere. The food was so flavorful and the portions were great. The blueberry lemonade was incredible. The staff were so so kind and hospitable. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

If I could give this restaurant six stars I would. Local Southern Soul Cuisine at it's best. Get over the decor and have a seat. Mr. Fischer makes something a simple as squash taste incredible. The dishes are to die for. AND DON'T PASS ON DESSERT!!! If all he has left are cookies, Take them! This man Bakes like I wish my mother could. Thank You and see you soon. Roy And Carrie
