Passing thru town, my wife said she was hungry & saw a pizza sign ahead about the same time I saw "Roadhouse". Knowing that probably meant steak & burgers (& she loves both) I suggested we try this location. We were both VERY HAPPY we did. We enjoyed our reasonably priced food. I had the Jalapeño burger, she had a regular variety burger but with sweet potato fries. Add a salad & sodas (I have quite a few miles to drive still - so I skipped the draft beers they offer) As we were leaving I asked her "aren't you glad you went ‘roadhouse‘ instead of ‘pizzeria‘ (?)" The obvious reply was "of course". We don't know when we'll be back thru town, but we will return. The service was good, the entertainment on a Friday Night was good, the wait was minimal. Okay this is perfect if you are drunk, high, and hungry but wish to remain somewhat incognito. We found a private booth in the back, where we hoped we’d be able to enjoy a burger without anyone noticing how drunk and high we are. However, the customer service was almost TOO GOOD. People kept approaching to check how we were doing when honestly, we just wanted to be ignored like a normal, non-famous person. The onion rings were to die for. The Caesar was bad. They have a good selection of food and quick service. Our order tasted amazing! After a big hike we had 2 of the burgers and a basket of fries. We will be going back whenever we are in the area! Had an awesome experience at Aaron Schat’s Roadhouse. The building was big and had a great atmosphere. There happened to be an entertainer the night I was there so that was definitely an extra. The food was amazing, everything had a great and unique but also classic flavor. I enjoyed some of their house made soda. I would definitely return here and recommend anyone to visit this restaurant, especially if you’re traveling through looking for a special treat for a meal! Good good and service was great. Live music too! Had the Inyo Mouth Burger and hubby had the Walker Texas Ranger burger and they were great. The garlic cheese fries were totally yummy. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
