Always have your mobile order ready by the time the app gives you. I just wish the staff would acknowledge you when you are standing there waiting with a hello, good morning, or something. They are too busy talking about their personal lives amongst themselves to acknowledge the customers. 11-9-2023 ~7:45AM visit: I am in town for a business trip. Decided to swing by Starbucks for my colleague. I don’t frequent Starbucks very often but figured I’d grab a bite to eat for breakfast and a coffee since I was already there. I asked for a coffee and the cashier asked if I wanted anything in it. I looked over the counter to see if the creamers were available for self pour. Before I could even speak, the cashier in the mask cuts me off and just says “we don’t have that”. Have what? I didn’t even get to say anything. So I grabbed my coffee black. They Didn’t even get my name so when my breakfast sandwich was ready I had no clue which was mine as others were waiting for their order. The cashier was sure pleasant to my colleague in front of me though. Sorry if I don’t know my Starbucks coffee drinks 🙄 Felt unwelcome and felt the cashier was rude and impatient. I don’t expect to be catered hand feet but at least let me order my damn coffee the way I want it. Rather drive and spend my money at local small coffee shops. I have always been a dunkin person but recently I found a drink from Starbucks I enjoy getting and get it before work everytime I work night shift. It’s the only thing that gets me through my shift. However, I only drink iced coffees not hot and I’ve come to realize even after saying it slow and really annunciating the word “iced” they can’t get it right. 2 out of 5 of the drinks I get are hot and these drinks are not cheap so to get it wrong constantly is frustrating and upsetting. I absolutely love this location. They remember my name because I come in everyday and it’s honestly the most welcoming feeling. From little notes on my cups to warm hellos this is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And they have NEVER messed up my order!! Everyone of those employees deserve the utmost appreciation! :)

I normally go to the Starbucks in Flemington and ask for extra strawberries in my drink. Today I went to the branch burg location and ordered 2 scoops of strawberries in my drink and was very disappointed after receiving my order I only had about 3 strawberry in my drink. I’m a frequent Starbucks customer and I am disappointed in how inconsistent stores can be from location to location. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3

This location has become my go-to Starbucks on my way to work. I always order ahead using the app, and everything is always fresh and ready on time, but my communication with the staff is limited because I just run in, grab my stuff and run out. This morning I had this sweet little note on my cup. It’s such a small thing, but I was already having a really difficult day, and this small effort really picked my spirits up. Thank you, see you guys again soon!

I placed a mobile order but waited quite a while for it to be ready. It was a pastry so I thought it would be fast...simply grab from the display and put into a bag. Nope!

This is a local Starbucks and the service is pretty good and pretty fast if you order ahead of time. If you walk in it could take time depending on how busy they are. For some reason it always feels like it needs to be cleaned all the time I am there, just not very clean. Live next door to this location: my hatred for this store doesn’t come from bad service. It comes from a complete lack of common courtesy to the residents around you & the fact that the lawn crew you hire for your pathetic swath of grass has no problem firing up 6x mowers & leaf blowers at 7am on the dot. Most of the time just barely getting to bed after your delivery truck slams its way thru its 3am-5am drop offs keeping myself, my roommates & our dogs wide awake. I cannot stand anything about this cookie cutter corporate garbage. I wish they’d go out of business. Atmosphere: 1
