If you have never tried Spanish cuisine, you should reserve a table and try the menu at this bar. Mami Luz's Cafe might be recommended for perfectly cooked pies, bacon and chicken. Tasty waffles and good acai bowls can make a strong impression on you. Delicious coffee martini is the most popular drinks of this place. You will be offered great espresso. The cosy atmosphere of this spot makes visitors feel relaxed and have a nice time. The homey decor is what the reviews of this bar mention as a big advantage. Based on the users' feedback on Google, Mami Luz's Cafe deserved 4.8.
Let me tell you about my absolutely exhilarating experience at Mami Luz this morning. I was craving a dose of caffeine to kickstart my day, so I decided to waltz into this apparently "charming" coffee shop. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a journey of frustration and bewilderment. I walk up to the entrance, only to be greeted by not one, not two, but three ominous, unwelcoming signs detailing the restaurant's bizarre seating regulations. And mind you, there's not a soul in sight to enforce these rules upon. It's like stumbling into a parallel universe where common sense has taken an extended vacation.
As I strolled in, I noticed the place was as vacant as a ghost town in a spaghetti western. Not a soul in sight. I could practically hear the tumbleweeds rolling across the linoleum floor. "Perfect," I thought, "I'll just pick any cozy seat to enjoy my morning brew and breakfast and ponder life's mysteries." But alas, fate had other plans.
Enter the waitress, who I suspect moonlights as a professional grump. With all the warmth of a frozen fish stick, she informs me that I can't just plop myself down wherever my heart desires. Oh no, that would be far too convenient. Apparently, there's an intricate seating protocol in place that only she and the coffee beans are privy to.
Despite my best efforts to charm her with my winning smile and a sprinkle of my trademark wit, she remains unmoved. So, with a heavy heart and an empty stomach, I bid adieu to Mami Luz and set off in search of greener pastures.
Lo and behold, just a stone's throw away, I stumble upon Comet's Diner. The place is buzzing with activity (completely packed with happy customers), the aroma of sizzling bacon fills the air, and the staff are as friendly as puppies at a petting zoo. Within minutes, I'm happily devouring a mountain of pancakes the size of Jupiter, basking in the warm glow of superior customer service.
So, if you ever find yourself contemplating a visit to Mami Luz, do yourself a favor and take a detour to Comet's Diner instead. Trust me, your taste buds (and your sanity) will thank you. As for Mami Luz, well, let's just say they've earned themselves a stellar one-star review in my book.

The food is so good. The coffee is the best around. My favorite things to order are the open faced toasts and any of their baked goods, like a chocolate muffin. I NEVER buy or enjoy baked goods, but after buying some for my son and trying a bite, I always order something when I’m in! The food is really high quality and you can tell that there is a talented and experienced chef back there. The entire staff puts their whole heart into their service and you can tell they genuinely appreciate each customer. I always look forward to a cute message on my Togo coffees, as well. Definitely a hidden gem!

TAKE MY MONEY!!! 😍 Let me start by saying, I have never written a review for anything in my life. I have mixed emotions about leaving a review, because I don’t want the secret to get out - but this place is beyond amazing and they deserve the business. I’ve lived in Tyngsboro for 5 years and I’m embarrassed to say I just found mami luz’s cafe a mile from my house. I have been absolutely DYING for a good coffee spot with real espresso, where I can get a cappuccino just as good as in Italy. I am also a mimosa snob, and their mimosa flight blew me away. I got the Asiago bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon and it was in the top 3 breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. I spent the entire breakfast with my jaw on the floor, my heart fluttering, not knowing if I was more happy to find this heaven on earth, or more sad that I had wasted years of my life not enjoying this place. The worst part about it will be trying not to come here for coffee and mimosas every day for the rest of my life. Food, drinks, service were OUTSTANDING on every level. I would come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day!! Let’s pray Phantom Gourmet and Guy Fieri don’t find out about this place!

I am so thankful for this mom and pop restaurant. It reminds us to take some time, enjoy cuisine that I may not always expect or order from. I love the diversity our town has. Please don't let one bean spoil the coffee. This coffee shop/tapes restaurant is a welcomed addition. We are thankful to have you! ❤️

We love Mami Luz! The staff are incredible and the food is delicious. I visit a lot whether it’s to grab a quick protein coffee after the gym, or to meet with the girls for a brunch or to bring the family for lunch it’s our go to place. My husband and I also stop in for a few cocktails on a Thursday night and always live visiting. I have also hosted a corporate holiday party and my husbands surprise 40th and our guests raved about everything! The CEO at our company asked to host every year

Had a wonderful lunch with my nephew. The ambiance is easy going, relaxed. The food was excellent. One of the best Cuban sandwiches I’ve ever had. The chicken sandwich also looked great. The cold brew is worth going out of your way for. The owner was very kind and at tentative and really embraced feedback. Definitely will be back!
The food here is plentiful! Had the chicken tenders and fries and I had some leftover for 2+ meals (and I can eat). Drinks were solid. Chips are AMAZING, definitely get them. Or don't if you think you'd get addicted to them.
Menu has a bunch of things I'd want to try - looking forward to the next time I am back.
Service was fantastic and there is plenty of parking. I'd recommend making reservations.
Early in the day was looking for a place near Lowell for brunch and founded Mami Luz's in Tyngsboro. I gotta say the food and the atmosphere was amazing. The Buffalo Chicken dip is a must get.... really creamy and great flavor plus the fried chips 🤯. We'll be back!!!

An absolute MUST TRY! Having just moved back to the area I've driven by several times but hadn't yet had the chance to try it....big mistake. This place is incredible and I could very easily see myself becoming a regular. And don't let the name fool you, this is way more than a cafe. Yes they have coffee, espresso and all kinds of specialty drinks to go along with delicious breakfast offerings but that's just one of the areas that this place excels at. Went Sunday early afternoon and all of us at the table were in the mood for something different. Breakfast, salad, flatbread it didn't matter it was all incredible. I specifically tried the french toast casserole which has strawberries and just a hint of Baileys, it was to die for. Bloody Mary was damn good too! Looking forward to going back and experiencing more from the lunch / dinner menu and I have no doubt I won't be disappointed. It's the type of place you can tell that everything that comes to your table is more than just food on a plate, the owners Heidy and Mike have put thought and their passion into everything on the menu and it shows. 5 Stars isn't enough - Get there!
