So I came to the drive-thru and ordered EMB Sausage and EMB Pepperoni. Left their drove back to St Louis and discovered I had regular pepperoni and cheese pizza. I visited this location a few days ago. The cooks beard is about 12 inches long and very full. Before I finished placing my order I inquired if the cook was wearing a hairnet on his beard. I was informed by the woman taking my order that he was not wearing one and that they dont have hairnets at this location. She then assured me that she would prepare my order for me. This was a large order. I agreed and paid assuming she would be making my food. Upon picking up my order I learned because the order wasnt prepared correctly that the bearded man made my order anyway. I dont like to make a scene and could tell the employees were struggling to get orders out. I regret not getting a full refund at that time.
