Been trying to get over Covid. Couldn't go to the Jazz Fest in Chicago. So I decided to treat myself and try their food. Holy moly! It was fabulous! Chicken is my comfort food. When you add all the wonderful seasonings they use in their Jerk .... I had the Jerked 1/2 chicken dinner plate, the sides were yellow rice &beans and corn bread. It was very good. I was upset that I forgot to order some plantains, but I will be back. Oxtails was good empanadas I had beef ones good mac and cheese was good and the mojo chicken had good flavor also good the rice and peas that came with it was ok it was dry to me I ate the rice a day later overall good experience Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ate here for the first time today. There was nothing that didn't taste amazing. MOJO chicken plate, jerk chicken plate, rice, Mac and cheese and the banana plantains, corn bread, slaw, beans...I mean it was all great! Super friendly service, music playing in the background cool table settings, we can't wait to go back. What a gem of a place! We had an amazing meal. All the food is spectacular, and the owner and staff clearly care a lot about their craft and their clients. The jerk chicken was my favorite! I wish them lots of success! 10 stars!
